Abstract
This paper presents a new design of a
multi-band printed dipole array covering
UMTS, UMTS+, and all WLAN frequency bands, simultaneously. The antenna has a linearly
polarized bi-directional radiation pattern with a gain of 3.4-6.2 dBi and an input reflection
coefficient better than -18 dB in all WLAN bands. It can be used as an indoor WLAN access
point antenna, providing extended wireless coverage in long halls or corridors.
